P.A.C.E. Trek 2009 - The Next Journey . . .
Paul is considering the
possibility of doing a 2½
week P.A.C.E. Trek each year in different
locations. He would not do the same location twice (for
instance, after P.A.C.E. Trek 2008 across Montana is
completed he would not do that state again). Also, Paul
will be collecting feedback from teachers who registered
teams for P.A.C.E. Trek 2008 asking if they believe the
virtual trek program was beneficial for their students. If
so, Paul may implement a new feature for future P.A.C.E.
Treks where teachers will be able to post their team's
progress daily at the pacetrek.com web site so that teams
can not only race Paul across a location, but also other
teams. In addition, he may broaden the scope of P.A.C.E.
Trek to include adults - asking adult teams to encourage
children in their communities to form teams.
If you
have a suggestion as to where the next P.A.C.E. Trek should
take place,
contact Paul
and give him your thoughts! The location of P.A.C.E. Trek
2009 will be decided following
Paul's trek across Montana and will be revealed in August
2008 at this site.
Where should Paul go next... and will you
virtually go with him?
