NOTES BY PAUL STASO

As you can see from the information above, placing Mannheim, Heidelberg, Stuttgart and Garmisch (all locations with DoDDS schools) into the actual running route did not work well due to the number of available days and the 500-mile (805 km) total distance. However, when looking at the calendar you can see that I will be able to visit many Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) to do assemblies.

Essentially, between the route outlined above, as well as post-trek assemblies, I will pass through all of the areas in Germany that have DoDDS schools. I am scheduled to do over 25 assemblies at DoDDS schools during the month of March - speaking to thousands of children about the importance of health, fitness and goal setting.
